It is our own arrogance that can make us think that the God that we know is the only one. We live in a society where science is often taken as truth and nothing else is taken seriously. What people don't realize is that science has its limitations. The things that go on in our world are not explained by science alone.
It is not easy to accept that there might be other ways to explain these events. Think about it, you can't explain how your television works by just looking at the circuit board. There are things out there that we don't understand, and we may never understand them completely.
The God that we know might be less sinister than the true God that we don't know for sure.
